These terms apply when you use or buy from the Velloxi store at https://homuki.com/s/velloxi. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and payment

• All prices are shown at checkout in the store's currency. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.
• An order is accepted when you receive our order confirmation email. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product is unavailable or was listed at an obviously incorrect price.
• You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping times are described in our Shipping Policy. If we cannot ship within the promised window, we will notify you and you may cancel for a full refund.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled as described in our Refund & Return Policy.

Products

Product images and descriptions are provided in good faith. Minor variations (for example in colour reproduction) can occur.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law. Beyond what that law requires, our liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
